This could be considered a sort of belated Mother's Day post (though technically, I drew it at the beginning of last month! Lawl, I've got a backlog of images going... last month was pretty productive~ But yeah, nice that this one was saved until now, eh?)

Not entirely sure where this came from, but I was probably browsing my gallery in a "OKAY, WHO HASN'T BEEN DRAWN IN A LONG TIME" spree, and [link] these lovely ladies no doubt stood out to me. And then I ended up wanting to depict just Mylo, and her daughter Leslie [link] (who now has a design) I guess you could call this a continuation of this picture [link]

I guess the appeal of wanting to do this is that considering Mylo is such a tomboy/butch (*HIT*) seeing her in such a maternal/feminine state is just really... -different-. But in a good way. It shows that even a tough chick like her still has a soft side, and that she actually makes a very devoted mother (hell, she named her baby after her own mother, who died when she was an adolescent).

But yeah... as said, this is more or less depicting Mylo shortly after she's given birth to little Leslie, and are now both taking some much needed rest |D; (you can be sure Kipp is there somewhere gushing how cute her partner and baby are ) I used a reference for a little bit of the pose, because I wanted to get Mylo holding the baby (all protective hands~) just right. I think I managed okay

Happy (Belated) Mother's Day everyone! Hope you all gave your moms (who endured this horrible and agnosing process for you XD *HIT*) lots of love
