Terrell and Fionnbarr are frequently after each other, much like Sylvester and Tweety, Wile E. Coyote and Road Runner, Oggy and the Cockroaches, The Ant and the Aardvark, Doggy Don and the Rats, Knotty and Polimer, Crazylegs Crane and the Dragonfly, Zig and Sharko, Donald and Chip and Dale, Toothless and Ziggerastica, maybe Bugs and Daffy, Hal the Toucan and Ross the Piggy, and the legendary and famous cat and mouse duo, Tom and Jerry. They are also a dragons parody of cat and mouse. Terrell, unlike other Terrible Terrors, is still constantly trying to eat Fionnbarr, and the Fireworm, in turn, is usually quickly avoiding him with ease.

Terrell the Terrible Terror {at the left}:

Terrell is no ordinary Terror, but unlike other Terrible Terrors, he wants to try something different and new besides doing the same things every day such as chasing and trying to eat Fireworms, just like Fionnbarr the Fireworm for example. Unlike other Terror dragons, he wants to eat the Fireworm but gets into some calamities/disasters and bad luck trying to catch or eat him. Terrell doesn't like his tiniest rival, Fionnbarr, at all, not one incy wincy bit, because his dish always gets away. He's very mischievous, aggressive, arrogant, somewhat rarely selfish, pushy, zealous, starving, focused, self-important, proud, prideful, inventive, determined, hapless, sly, sneaky, ruthless, slinky, and uses the fourth wall; he sometimes addresses the audience as to what's going on in some of the few seasons but not many seasons. Nonetheless at those times, that new and special Terror can show his nicer side when he's not focused on catching the Fireworm dragon or acting so sneaky and/or villainous.
Whenever there would be any Fireworm hunting season, it's him who would get his unforgettable luncheon. But at all times, his life is still the same as Fionnbarr the Fireworm, even when he tries to catch his enemy and eat him up. In his "daily" life, he lives with his owner, Mophair the Beaut, in Mophair's house where it looks so pretty, beautiful, fun, and splendid hence Mophair's name.
Like the lonely Terror dragons and even though he always unsuccessfully failed to catch Fionnbarr the Fireworm, he is moderately weak and can be defeated by one fire blast, any explosive, lava, stronger fire, etc. Terrell might be the size of any average cat or any chihuahua even though he could be bigger than the short cats and chihuahuas. Unlike other Terrors, he has the greatest singing voice that no other Terror can do best. His singing voice sounds like he's from opera or for another, in an amazing style of rock.
He is voiced by Rodger Bumpass, the voice of Squidward.

Fionnbarr the Fireworm {at the right and also in the bubble}:

Fionnbarr is a quick, smart, clever, and an intelligent Fireworm. Unlike Terrell, he has less voice lines than Terrell's talkative speech because he is tinier than any Terrible Terror, like average Fireworms and not the queen. Also unlike any average Fireworm, he is very smarter, faster, popular, and intelligent than all average Fireworm dragons. He is also clever enough to hide from Terrell, confuse the Terror, outsmart the Terror, and defeat Terrell. And even though he is smaller than the Terrible Terror, he is quickly and cleverly faster than him. Fionnbarr is often coming to handle other dragons who dislike Terrell with his antics or hide behind Mophair the Beaut, Terrell's owner, to avoid the Terror, but in the end, he always manages to humiliate Terrell, unless he ends up humiliating himself trying to catch Fionnbarr, which in turn does nothing. But Fionnbarr is not actually evil and he's not a villain after all but a good tiny innocent dragon. Fionnbarr lives in a mousehole located in Mophair's house like Terrell.
Like Ziggerastica, Fionnbarr the Fireworm is somewhat the size of a cockroach but pretty slightly. He also and always escapes from Terrell the Terror's big clawy hands. Despite the rivalry, Terrell and Fionnbarr aren't always enemies; they've been known to team up on any occasion. Unlike his "Hanna Barbera" counterpart, Jerry Mouse, and his Looney Tunes counterpart, Tweety Bird, due to his small size, he cannot pick up larger items or things but only smaller or moderate-sized things than his size and use it against Terrell or any other enemies. Sometimes, rarely, in just a very few episodes, he is friends with Terrell. All times, he mainly wins most of times, but sometimes gets outsmarted and Terrell wins.
He is voiced by Corey Burton, the voice of Dale from Disney.
