I wanted some sort of simplicity to the background and ended up with that)

Violet says: I love this picture so much. It has all the Eeveelutions in it, and is in my favorite shape. Eevee is my favorite Pokemon because even when it evolves, it's so cute! Your drawing skills are phenomenal!

All righty, a breakdown:
Vision -
You did pretty good here - I can see the theme behind the art, and it's well presented ^-^ The simple background works, and I actually quite like it since the picture is pretty abstract anyway. I'm interested in what the same idea, but in a much more realistic setting would look like.
Originality -
People have done pictures of the eeveelution family before, and this idea (even the exact heart pose) is fairly common. However, the kiss at the top was pretty new!
Technique -
The technique here is simple, but it works quite well. My only question is, why do the outlines on most of the eeveelutions go only down (Espeon is a great example, no aura above her), but Vaporeon and Leafeon's goes all around them?
Impact -
Fairly low, as we've seen this idea before. I'll admit though, the double kiss on the cheeks by the Flareon and the Glaceon caught me off guard, and it's too cute :3

Yet again,like vision,it is almost perfect.
But not quite.
Anyway,not being mean or anything,
but I think Umbreon kinda blends into him/herself too much that it may look
like a blob.
Otherwise I think it looks amazing in Technique!
Impact:

Just a couple things need to be said here.
It is adorable
but the impact isn't THAT great,
not saying it is bad.
I looked at this picture and I was reminded of my nooby drawings when I began to draw pokemon. :3
Overall,I think it isn't perfect but this piece of art is AMAZING.

Ahaha, I just made up a random background. Should have put more thought into it, I know it looks like a ridiculous background. Well.. I have too little time and had to rush this one because I'm having the most crammed schedule in a while and I still need to get my compilation video out, all before 2015. I'm not a creative person honestly so.. I'm satisfied with the rating. Thank you!
