Isane and Soi Fon are two characters that seem similar yet different when it comes to fanservice-y clothes.
Isane gets embarrassed by such clothes ("It's too revealing..." I'd imagine Isane saying), but Captain Unahono can get her to wear anything with her creepy smile.
Soi Fon gets pissed off by such clothes (Oh no!! No way I'm wearing a skirt!!" I'd figure Soi Fon would say), but Yoruichi can get her to wear such clothes just by asking her/wearing it herself.
All in all, I really like this theme, and the pic in general. Of course, I find it funny Kukkaku did the smart thing and subverted the fanboys' wandering eyes by getting a boy's uniform, but then bungled the plan by forgetting to button the top.
