This was actually based on a monster from the cancelled Shantae GBA game 31.media.tumblr.com/c75459c0fd… Kinda crazy to think that type of attack would be in there, but hey, its Wayforward

I debated whether or not I should use the monster from the game or use a new one, cause I honestly dont like the design of it. But none of the monsters from Shantae really fit the role, and it does have a cool facial expression, so I figured it would be the best fit.
