In all these years he had the hardest battles he could take, with it came one of his most tragic where he lost a lot of his teeth that needed to be replaced after.
He let it be replaced with metal and now uses it in his attack and battles.
many years later he discovered that his youngest son Oscar akuma indeed has this full developed wolf part of Silvers dna and puts his hopes up new, but at the same time Silver is a bit mad at him for betraying and leaving the Family years ago.
