Best Villain in the series! One of the things that always upset me about them not being able to rally back together to give another season was that Inque seemed like a villain Terry had to beat on his own to become Batman. Every encounter with her ended with her being defeated due to an outside force helping Terry. It just seemed like she was an obstacle he needed to overcome that they never got around to :c

Inque's my personal favorite villian from Batman Beyond, reminds me a bit of Venom from Spider-Man.
