Again, just as I told in the commentary of your "monk2", what makes this piece unique is the way the photo referenced manupilation of the monk merging with the background.
Nice re-visualization of a reference photograph.

Wow. Very well done! Really solid form and a great concept. My only critique would be I wish there were more color or contrast of some type to pull your figure out of the background that he is blending into. But truely you've got some great draftsmanship skills!

I really loved both of these, the skill and detail apparent is just amazing. They actually contrast each other very beautifully, the other being all warm colors and with a peak setting, and this one being all cold ones with sheer walls all around. The poses in each of them are amazing, and it's just all too good. Breathtaking.
