Description This is an older piece that somehow never found its way into my gallery here. This was entered into an Exotique book call for entries, but was not accepted. Oh well.

Thank you! A lot of hand painting in the top area ("wings", trees, etc.) and overpainting the figure, pretty much everything.

It's the foliage, which "just happens" to be in that shape (due to magic, of course). I thought it was a neat idea.
