Pirámide de los NichosTajin is a pre Columbian archaelogic site in Veracruz city (México) and this is the Pyramid of the Niches. Tajin, means "place of thunder" in the Totonac language.
The pyramid has 6 terraces with some 60 feet high. The terraces are of well cut stone forming a series of 365 niches. A staircase rises up the pyramid's east side. Originally the pyramid was topped by a temple, but little remains of this.

Wow, I've been to Mexico a couple of years ago and wish I could have gone and seen some of the Mayan pyramids. I've always been curious about their ancient customs and how they lived.

no te preocupes, los basamentos no irán a ningún lado. mientras puedes prevenirte con un sombrero tipo cazador, unas bermudas, tenis cómodos, bloqueador o repelente para mosquitos.

es bonito, tranquilo, verde verde; grande, con mucho aire; el dia que fui habia sol, pero tmb se nublaba a cada momento; es húmedo.
Tajín es de esos lugares que no puedes dejar de conocer, ademas de que su estructura es diferente a otras.
