Description
For Anguirus, I gave him a more ankylosaur-like appearance such as smaller horns, a remade carapace, and a large tail club. I also fused his nose horn with his beak as well as give him small spikes behind his legs similar to his FW design. Most notably, Anguirus has a few battle scars on his face and neck courtesy of Godzilla.

His roars will be his Final Wars roars mixed with his Atari ones.

ANGUIRUS

Bio: Like many other of Earth’s kaiju, Anguirus is a creature hailing from Earth’s prehistoric past. Descending from dinosaurs such as Ankylosaurus, he’s evolved to become much larger and armored to fight against foes. Anguirus was first awakened from hibernation in Siberia in 1955 and caused major destruction in Novosibirsk before confronting more armed forces in Moscow. While not as destructive as Godzilla’s attack on Tokyo a year prior, it was still catastrophic in its own right. Anguirus would not be seen again until 1964 where he would have his first confrontation with Godzilla in Osaka, Japan.

Despite showing great fighting spirit against his rival, Anguirus was defeated in a long and violent clash between the two kaiju. He would also gain wounds on his left eye and neck in the process. Strangely however, Anguirus would come to show signs of respect towards Godzilla and even ally himself with the King of the Monsters when the two face against a common enemy. When he and the other kaiju overthrew humanity, Anguirus took residence in Osaka, Japan. Perhaps as a reminder of who his king is.

Powers/Abilities

Spiked Carapace: Anguirus’ most prominent trait is his spiked carapace which is used for both offensive and defensive measures. It’s also segmented which allows him more flexibility than that of his ankylosaurid ancestors.

Incredible Speed: While not necessarily the fastest kaiju, Anguirus is able to charge at enemies at approximately 90 miles per hour.

Tail Club: Aside from his sharp beak and carapace, Anguirus has a heavy tailclub which can be used to cause great injury such as broken bones and ruptured organs as well as destroy buildings. However, Anguirus usually prefers charging and biting first.

Limited Burrowing: Another ability Anguirus has compared to his ancestors is the ability to burrow underground. However, this ability isn’t as great as those of Baragon or Zilla.

Anguirus Ball: Perhaps his most powerful and unbelievable ability is Anguirus able to curl up in a ball and roll around. This is a move so strong that even Godzilla gets staggered by. However, Anguirus must first build up momentum through sprinting before being able to use it.
