It's a stunning drawing that's all i can say. It's unfair that she's picked on in the family guy series :/

It does get old, treating Meg like a big bag of crap. Lois used to at least try to offer some maternal comfort in the early years of FG, now she acts like a conceited, bitchy older sister who thinks she's hot.
BUT - The underlying humor is that the homely, nerdy character of Meg is voiced by Mila Kunis, who's undeniably hot.

The wistful expression is very much Meg's. She's maybe a little too beautiful: a real-life Meg would certainly be cute and nice to look at, but probably not quite this lovely. Still, it's a wonderful drawing of a beautiful girl.
