Arina loved the smell of the salt air and the ocean breeze. When her stomach turned she crouched down, but she was relieved when the sensation quickly passed.

As she righted herself, a voice boomed above her, “Oh Arina, I warned you not to try that weight loss treatment sample.”

She looked forward and saws cloth clad wall. She kept looking further and further up until the face of Eve came into view. It appeared to float above her like a moon. “No no, Eve you have become a monster!”

“No sweetie, you have become small.” Eve reached out for her friend.

Arina dodged out of the way of the crane sized hand, “No you can’t hold me!” She folded up into a ball and started crying. It made her look even smaller.

“Please let me help you. There are too many people out here who would want to steal you. Let me pick you up and confront those diet drug pushing thugs.”

The crying ball of Arina rolled into Eve’s lap. Eve pulled her against her belly. She patted her reassuringly, “It’s ok, Arina. I’m here for you. We’ll get this fixed.”
