This is a publicity still for a short film directed by Wyatt Garfield and Ed Yonaitis. It is about an execution that goes wrong and the prison authorities trying to deal with it. This guy is the warden.

I'm sure many more people could put into words how this picture is wonderful and moving much better than I can.
But this is really is beautiful, it makes you wonder how much that man has seen in his life, if that expression is mear sadness or regret.
