Here's a little constructive criticism.
Eye's on a predator are more towards the front of the face for depth perception. They use this to see how far their prey is. The left eye shows the eye is definitely towards the side. With teeth like that, this is definitely a predator.
Not to mention, eyes like that are impossibly big. Also, the color is pretty unnatural. There should be more natural, as well and color differentiation. The texture should be more scaly, feathery even, rather than smooth.
