I overdid the mouth a bit, but other than that, I'm happy with this sketch :3Did this during English again -- people watched me draw this time :3 I love that class ^^
Critiques involved with new pen techniques are requested :3 or, at least, new ways to do things.

No, I was just playing around with design. I never think them through at all -- I start with the ear, then the other ear, then hair, face, and what comes after is hard to say XD

Have you ever tried cross-hatching? I find that to work really well with cloth or surfaces with texture. Straight lines are good with hair, and stippling is good for misty things. (If that made any sense.) I think you should try using contour lines for the eyes. It may prove to make it look a bit more smooth, as an eye should be.

I thought about crosshatching, but then I realized I used a bit of crosshatching to denote the fur and, thus, I wanted to create a different texture on the, well, different texture. However, I didn't think of contouring the eye -- I'll try that some time
