My background making skills have much to be desired and it being done digitally doesn't help since I'm not a big fan of the brushes/tools in Corel Painter and I'm not too happy with the clothing, I'll have to practice that... but I do like how the skin and wings came out ^^ I'm also extremely proud of the line art for this one, I've been having such trouble with faces and necks lately so this was very difficult but I think I managed to make it one of my best line arts so far
As ~GanCristufel says, Dark has a serious case of man-pretty XD
I worked long and hard on this one, I hope you guys like it

You did very well on the colouring, I dont really like the colouring of the wings...probably because the hair is done so fine and the wings so rough, but thats just me, the shirt turned out great!

Yeah I had to redo the wings twice and at that point I wasn't up for doing little details and such >.< but thanks! I actually didn't think the shirt came out that great

It's beautiful! Awesome! I love the wings, so much implication of feathers and texture without actually drawing each individual feather. It's also very soft-looking, nice style. Amazing job! I'm so glad ya were able to finish it!!

You should be proud of the lineart. It's really good
The shirt also looks good. Especially the shading around the buttons
And the background could have been worse - at least it's not just white *stares at my own gallery where most of the pictures have white backgrounds

Yeah that's the main reason I don't enjoy coloring digitally, I can never get enough depth in the color >.< there's a number of things I have against the program I'm using but it'd take a while to list them out

Hand coloring ftw, computers and the programs that don't cost an arm and a leg are really unreliable.

At least with traditional it's more reliant on skill, with digital art you can't really work efficiently if you have crappy cheap programs, but I seem to have an easier time with line art on my tablet, I just can't find any brushes in that program I like, the only one I do is only really useful for skin and sometimes hair.
