Things just keep getting better Joel, you have improved a lot since I first met you on dA. You got the anatomy right, only got to work more on shoulders and hands. I mean the shoulders look too curved, they look like they are in a semicircle with the neck. I'd say you try to make a rectangle representing the chest. To both top ends add circles to make the shoulders. The neck can be a straight line and you can add small semicircles at its sides, these will ve for the trapezius.

The black around the eyes seem to close to eachother.
