My parents wanted us all to be reindeer that year, but before taking pictures of all eight of us in antlers (with my parents being Mr. and Mrs. Claus, of course), they posed my sister as a Christmas tree.

This particular picture was taken when we were having troubles focusing my camera correctly, which is why my sister looks more like a victim of over-zealous decorators than a human Christmas tree. She got tired of posing.
