Description Motorcity Nostalgia 6:the EQ-140 5t truck.Equipped with a 85hp engine(later version upgraded to 90hp,and finally increased to 135hp) and various ergonomic designs, It has a reputation of being a tough,powerful,and comfortable truck ,compare to contemporary trucks. Appeared in the mid 1980s,it became popular very soon,and gradually replaced the obsolete ZIS-150.
After working for more than 30 years ,it is slowly fading out from the streets.But its variants such as tow truck ,garbage transporter and dumper are still serving the city.
The building in the background is the "Tiger pharmacy building" erected in the late 1920s(left),and the "Unity Hotel "  (right).

So it was a kind of Pack mule!   I loved the olf Fiat OM truck, like the Cerbiatto, Leoncino or Lupetto

Italian trucks are very rare in my city,I think I had never seen one,except on the internet. The Fiat OM is a good looking forward control truck,which we called  a "flathead"
Long time ago there were some Steyr heavy trucks in my city,they look like the fiat OM.

Now truck are very rare in my city, medium transport usually use vans, while logistic transportation are TIR, IVECO  Volvo,  and Scania.

That's true.And Fiat cars are quite common here,especially in the first decade of 21th century.Fiat Uno,Panda and Punto are the most popular ones. Few days ago I even saw a Maserati Quattroporte!
