Description This was a charity piece I did for a silent auction held in September to raise money for Bruckner Nature Center - [link] I was asked earlier this year and was deeply honored to have been so. I believe it raised around $500+ for them...

Bruckner is a very special place to my wife and I and if you live any where nearby and have yet to ever visit, I highly recommend you do so...and give a donation if you can.

He looks like something that came out of Clive Barker's books)))

Hmmm...which one? Most of the stuff I've read from him has been fairly drak and frightening...these fellows are typically good folk.

Thanks for the link and I'll look for them... I like his stuff but it all seems to have a darkness to it that my work doesn't have- even when I try! But I can see some style similarities in the way I sculpted and design Cricket here and some of his art work. "Abarat" still seems a little more on the visceral side than my stuff tends to be...I always have mixed emotions about his work both written and artistic.

Thank you! And yes, Russia is a bit exotic, they turn on the heaters in our houses only after the first very cold week (when the temperature outside is holding +8C for a week), but I have a good heater at home, so no worries))) An have you seen my coat? I am wearing a camel wool coat all the time! And the bed is covered with wool blanket as well, it's very warm))) THANKS AGAIN!!!

I try...I wish there were more people in the world that would just give a little bit each of themselves and what they can do once in a while...

A place that is dear to me and to my wife and a cause that is worthy and something I was thus able to put my soul in to... the honor was mine.
