I like this idea for a lighter skin colored Jazz. He's like some of the other white guys that like to hang with black guys as their best friends and talk their slang.

I'll jump on the bandwagon and vote for a darker Jazz. Black, dark brown and creole all works for me. ^^ (I like to imagine him to be a hot Latino). The design is very good though!

JAZZ was voiced by Scatman Crothers in G1 both in the series and the film. The voice, the character was so unique and strong that to make him black would be a tribute to the man who voiced him.

This is a fantastic piece of interpretative work. Really captures the feel and style of the character.
For those that arenβt aware Jazz was one of the few characters to get a Pretender mode.

Pretty cool. I must admit, like others have stated, I always thought of Jazz as black if he were a human, but that's likely because of the name and the fact that he was voiced by Scatman Crothers on the show here in the US in the 80's. That being said, ALL of your humanized Transformers are pretty fuckin groovy and I dig 'em all... Tracks or Mirage next? Maybe even Ironhide!
