You have to replace the cursors manually by going to control panel > mouse > pointers tab. These cursors are for Windows only, of course.

Please download screenshots - [link] You see first I change 'Default' folder from three variations, then copy it to C:\Windows\Cursors, then open 'Mouse properties' window. And what I see? There is no 'Default' cursor here. The same happens with other two variations of cursor.
