Indeed it is. Interesting that you call it an arch despite its official name of Natural Bridge... somewhat of a misnomer as it is technically an arch

Thanks. Was happy to see snow there when I visited April of last year, not too surprising for that time of year when the elevation is perhaps 8000-9000 feet above sea level. In fact, the road stretch up to this lookout point was closed only a day or 2 after I visited due to another snow dump, and consider myself lucky I got there to capture this photo in time
