Wonderful shot Nick - the HDR processing really brings out all the lush detial in the vegetation

Thanks Eve I've been bracketing my exposures long before I understood what HDR meant and capturing everything in RAW since 2008, so I'm very happy you like my revised version of Cape Point

RAW is a must I've never taken anything else but then I only started photography in 2006 My stepson was big into bright HDRs for a while but not uses the technique as you have here

Back in the day I drove my father nuts. He was responsible for collecting the frequent flyer miles in taking me across the world to South Africa, and he thought a 250GB external hard drive was enough to store all our photos. It was, but just barely God Bless Him, I wish he was still around

The typical icon I use outside dA is actually from a photo my father took. I use that eagle icon to keep Him close to my heart, and was actually able to suggest to the powers of dA that it be featured as Daily Deviation [link]

Not only that, I commissioned a fellow deviant before for a beautiful watercolour painting of that eagle: [link]
