Bryce Canyon is one of my favorite spots. I love the trail system and how it goes between the hoodoos, and how you can find faces in the rocks.

Indeed, even when planning this trip I designated Bryce as the center piece for all the beautiful photos I had seen. Especially for the hoodoos and character every single one exudes, almost out of this world setting the park aside from most everywhere else I visited to date.

Thank you kindly. No drone involved, there are footpaths along the upper canyon rim offering scenic overlooks within easy walking distance of various parking lots.
This is one in particular is from Inspiration Point, and if you visit one day I highly recommend the Fairyland Loop trail. Nearly 9 miles, but well worth it as you descend into the canyon and hike back up. Not too hard if you set the whole day aside, pace yourself, and remember to bring plenty of fluids. To give you an idea I started around noon and returned around 8-9PM, and stopped a whole lot along the way for taking photos... the scenery is pretty much out of this world during the entire length of the trail. Muddy in spots when I visited last April due to snowmelt, but otherwise the trail tends to descend & ascend in moderately easy grades (certainly no strenuous rock scrambling).

Thanks so much for the info. I hope to make it west to some of our country's wonderful natural sites while I am still able to hike.

The scenery here is beyond mindblowing... Puts the Grand Canyon itself to shame.
I have to see this place before I die... in the meantime, thank you so much for sharing!

All I could think of when I saw this was the Terracotta Army of statues, standing row after row in the tomb of the first emperor of China.
Your picture is breathtaking, and more than slightly creepy. Had to favorite it. Wow.
