yeah different from most of my work, all of the paintings are school assignments. I really like painting so I plan to do more in the future, kind of combining what I normally do with painting.

I'm not sure if you intended this, but this piece looks very sexualised to me. Maybe because of the red/throne flower that the bees are flying towards. I love the pale monochrome trees in the background.
This is a very crisp style! It's great.

It wasn' intended to be sexual but i do like sex so maybe that came through on a subconcious level. red flowers make me horny.

i used guache and then i sprayed it with crystak clear and added some matt medium on the bkg to push it back a bit more.

Ok, kewl. Well it worked out great! I have never used guache, but I keep hearing more and more about it lately, so I think I'm going to test it out. Nice work.

guache is nice because it's opaque but it is also water saluable so it's easy to blend and reactivate if you;ve left it out for a while.

kewl. I've worked with watercolors and currently mostly oils, so it kinda sounds like it has a bit of the qualities of the two. As long as its not like acrylics....I think I might like it.

acrylics are'nt to bad if you mix them with some type of medium or with an agent that slows them from drying to quickly. i'm sure there are tricks for any type of medium you are using, i hve'nt paited to much so i only know a couple.
