did this at first as a tonal piece but the results were disaterous so i redrew it as line art. It's a nice place my comfort zone, very cozy.Related content

This is incredible. The background is amazing, especially the trees and road/pathway. I agree in general with what folks have said above me that Toad's [positioning are a little difficult to read, but I think that's just because the lighting/tonality on him is spot on, maybe it would work better if the shadowing was done post colouring? Once again...you have some amazing talent.

i worked on it on and off for a few weeks or so, plus it was like the third time i drew it so i have no idea in terms of hours. i hope that was helpfull. hey i heard you had some projects you are working on, care to elaborate?

yeah i've got a bunch of stuff going on. i did a pin-up for this one anthology book coming out in august. it's the 'cereal and pajama's' book that's been running around da. i'm also working on a short story for an anthology book that dan quiles and a bunch of us are putting together.
do you remember bazooka jules? i'm going to be drawing that book, too. i've done all the design stuff, but it's being held up in some legal matters due to that com.x label it was on previously. so till then, i'm doing a one shot for dabel bros., which is going to be oput out through marvel. that's kinda exciting
i also have a book that i'm going to be putting together myself. it's called 'Godan-GO!'. it's gonna be awesome. joey o is writing up a ten page promo for me. it's gonna be intense, to say the least. drop me your email and i'll send you some serious fucking designs i did for that shit. it's sooo cool. i'll send you the plot too, you can tell me what you think

Really great job, but, the toad is a bit hard to read. His position really. I think if you were to change the right foot, or rear foot it would read better. As it is, I only get a sense of his pose from his hands.
Other than that, this is some stellar line work.

yeah i could see it because i drew it, but i actually flipped it at one point and i couldn't make out the toad at all for a good ten seconds so i thought there might be a problem with that.
