This map is the new map I made, updated to 2015

Legend:

The municipalities in Israel are splited into three council categories:

Red - Mayor (City) council - Cities, mostly granted when a settlement has over 20,000 residents
Brown - Local council - Urban settlements or large/densed villages with usually 3000-20,000 residents
Green - Regional council - Group of minor settlements who are represented in a single council.

White - Regions with no council - mainly national parks, manufacturing sites, millitary bases, airports and others
Dark Grey - Palestinian National Authority
Light Grey - Other countries.

Update diary:
- 19 December 2015: Added southern parts and Legend
- 26 January 2016: Added Green-Line in Jerusalem and H2 of Hebron
- 16 May 2016: Fixed some borders

Notes:

-This map doesn't represent internationally recognized borders, but represents what the title is suggesting.
-Municipalities in the Judah and Samaria District (West Bank settlements) are under the supervision of the Israeli Defense Forces and not under Israeli sovereignty but are under indirect control of the Israeli government.
