How do I lineless art I don't understand oAo

This has been in progress for a few weeks now... sketched out the idea after watching the first episode of the new Smile Precure not long after it aired. I LOVE IT. It's so ridiculously cheerful and sparkly and magical. *O* Miyuki is one of my favorite characters because she reminds me so much of myself!

Anyway, the sketch sat unfinished for a week, then I started doing the flatcolors and that stayed half-done for another week, and finally this morning I finished it up! Hooray!

Yay yay yay yay, smile smile smile smile!! @<@
