you've really got a fresh style- it's nice to see renditions of characters/actors where you can tell that the artist didn't struggle with the "likeness factor" and just had fun making a cartoony version of said character.

i like the picture but i have to say, that some parts of it don't seem to be worked out, especially the elfs eyes ore the many pixel errors and the not outworked (back)ground. I think if you concentrate more you will make greatest pics in this style ^^
