I'm still can't find a good comic program, the one you show me won't work on my computer.

you don't really NEED a comic program. you can create the borders and panels in photoshop Elements 8 (i got it for X-mas XD)
i could try to write out how to do it, if you want i could create a tuorial :3

and if you DO want to know how to create pages,
first you open a new layer and make it all black, then use the select tool and select a square for a panel. after that use the earaser and earase the what's inside tha quare to make a "window". then open another layer underneath to draw what's in the panel

The contest theme is "Cry of Wolves" cover logo, I will post a jounal entry soon about how to enter and what to work on. LOL I try my best on the comic, more info coming soom.
