This is for 28th Bi-Weekly Competition: "Ancient Constructs".Ruins of an ancient civilization slowly being swallowed by a forest.
Software used: photoshop CS3
Time taken: aprox. 20hrs (should have taken me less time :/ )

Hey Carolyn, great entry. I love the intricate details in this piece and also the tight contrast.
Reminded me a of Thran's entry from the 'Love' round. [link]
If I have to nit pick on something I would like to say that the composition seems to be leading the eye out of the image on the left side
the piece would've benefited from having more space in the left for the viewer to wonder around.
Either ways, its an awesome piece.
