Hips along with your legs are the strongest bones in your body. They provided us with balance and the ability to walk and run, but don't take hips for granted, they are also fragile. If your running poster is wrong or simply fall in the right place you could be off your feet for months.
Anyway hips are amazing and they also don't lie 😉
Sorry I haven't been posting a lot of art lately especially digital, traditional art can be pretty bland looking sometimes. I'll get some digital art out to guys sometime ^^

Bonus fact! If you feel where your hip pokes out standing up, you'll feel one is higher than the other. That means that side is your dominet leg and of course use it more.
