download Rainmeter from rainmenter.net
then just install the skin into it

Okay, install rainmeter, then run it. Then quit. Download everything and put the folders into documents/rainmeter/
Then launch rainmeter.
Right-click on the taskbar icon and choose Configs -> Whatever you want to run.
