Description
This is Sheringham Harbour. Built at the same time as the line it is an integral part of the NCR's goods traffic, helping to move the numerous goods around the county & country. Located a small way away from the town, the port is accessible from the line via a steep slope that for a couple of 100 yards reaches 1in68 but mostly within the 70s/80s, trains going to the harbour must be broken and taken down in sections so as not to risk runaways.The harbour is lined with shops that do good trade thanks to the shipping that comes in.
