This is super old stuff I dug up and realized I never posted... :I (done almost 2 years ago... or something... dang..)

I'm not going to let them die technically... But I can't really have them as fanstories anymore exactly...
I was just going to make them into original ideas... since I would branch out quite a bit anyway... So you won't really see the end of them... 
... You just... don't make any profit off of fanstories and I don't really like wasting my time doing that sort of stuff. D: It runs for a while for fun, but then I have to think of what is really going to take me somewhere in life.

and maybe if you write fanfics the creators will make it into a episode of the httyd series coming out.
Omg wouldn't be an awsome idea to have the creators have a competition to write episodes

yeah but wouldn't there be some type of copyrite problem with that and is it payment enough if it brings joy to your readers? besides you should always finish what you started, so you don't get any money isn't the joy of your fans and the feeling that you did a good job good enough?

I can understand that- the same kind of goes for me. But I look at it this way- fanfiction, and fanart, and all that stuff may not get you paid or anything. It's just practice. And for any of your original stories, and characters and all that- I'll be there behind you all the way.
