Don't get me wrong, this is the best Sonia human I've seen, but maybe round out the face aΒ bit to give it a bit more feminine look. Don't need to, just a little.....I don't want to say advice, 'cause that would sound stuck-up, and I don't wanna say tip or hint, because that implies I can do that better. But, I hope you know what I mean.

Sorry, but I have to disagree with you. I actually don't see a problem with OP's art. I know you said you didn't mean anything bad by what you were saying, but in a way, it is kind of mean. Because you are implying that there's only one right way a female can look, and that's just not true.
I mean, not every girl ever has a perfect round face, and not every girl looks super feminine. People are diverse, and they all have their differences. Girls can have big or small noses, long or short faces, they can be tall or short, they can be fat or skinny, etc. They aren't defined to some "cookie-cutter" image. Same goes for males.
