Awesome. I love the rendering of the stone throne, it's brilliant!
The light, the shading and the resulting atmosphere is great.
I must agree with the previous comment, you will perfect your skills greatly, if you invest some practice in proportions and human anatomy.
And though the overall image is far from "flat" you need to increase the depth of it even more.
Either by more shading or perspective.
Keep up the excellent work.

Here is the constructive critique you wanted:
The composition is not half bad and your rendering skill is pretty solid. However I will say that you proportions are off on both the evil guy in the chair and the victim nailed to it. You have a good eye for light, shadow and contrast though and the clothing looks very natural and dramatic.

That is wonderful!!! I'm definitely not a big fan of skeletons and creepy stuff like that, but the way you drew that erases all my chills...it's wonderful. I don't see anything wrong with it!
