Ah she is beautiful white as snow and clear as ice kinda like a frost dragon yum with hot chocalate ^^ she almost look like one of my character well just the white and gold part.

well, she's not completely white.... she has a little bit of rosy color on her skin
and well she's only white colored like this in winter time
to blend with the environment
at summer time she's almost black

I really don't know how to explain this but.... it's kind of bone/metal mix...

and the very last part is the hardest one used as a weapon, almost like a Dagger XD
inner core has muscles(that's why she can inflect that part of the tail), because in flight mode feathers appear in between them (to help steer when she's flying)
yeah I guess I should work on a ref or I should over-think the design XD

The shading looked more like cell (hard) shading than your usually soft shading style

well I suck at cell shading so I thought I should give a try on it..
also it's much easier to shade the bounce lighting and adding light, when I draw in cell shading :'D

but I think that Dragons might be different from other reptiles...
I mean. . . I think they are pretty hot blooded, like birds~
so I guess that's not so bad to sit in the snow.... she barely feels the freeze I guess...
