Perhaps during in Godzilla vs. Spacegodzilla at the beginnning, the G-Cells who being thrown to space at black hole is traverse to the dimension where Galaxion and Yonggary exist. Then the G-Cells merge with Galaxion and Yonggary as one, and the Yonggary is evolved to be Spacegodzilla as we known.
