Well it's not mine, I actually was the one who tattooed it, and it was from last September, and it still looks the same no blending

Haha well it depends on what you're going for.. if you want something bold and cartoon like an outline is good to hold all the colours seperate and make it more obnoxious. But putting an outline around someones realistic face takes away the subtle realism
So I can't say I'd 100% agree.. but I appreciate where he's coming from
