it's a very old picture, now. unfortunately i drew this when i was actually cutting, so i don't really think it matters how unoriginal you think it is.

I was just taking this from the view of the art separated from the artist. By not knowing any of the background information I can see the art piece as a complete piece rather than the artist's thoughts while it was in a process.
I had no intention of offending you if I did. I just thought that if you published it to the public it would be meant to be viewed by others who may not understand the background. If it was something drawn for yourself, why publish it? Just my thought as an artist as well.

Don't get me wrong here. Tthe razors had nothing to do with me calling him a childish retard. Just his endless prosession of quick sketches manipulated and then passed of as art. I simpathize with your inability to develop your own style. You said yourself you used Dahl as your main source of information. While creativity in a sense is nothing but copy and paste, this I think has been taken too far. Give up the scribble and repetitive symbolic meanings.

roald dahl is a writer. i do not believe he drew.

quentin blake is the visual artist who illustrated (a lot of) his books.
