's lovely Dog Bard Fay!May half of an Art-trade ^.^ of one of Yvem's many lovely Characters.
Fay in particular was a design i really liked, what with the instrument, and the outfit. (holy jeebus do i like this outfit.)
She was raised in a tavern, to later become an apprentice bard.
She currently works as an entertainer within that very same tavern, but dreams of traveling the world with her music one day.
And with any luck, I'm sure she will ^.^
In closing, this was a very fun piece to work on, the pose especially gave me trouble, but after a while, i got close enough.
(That giant beanbag tail though, i love it!)

You hit her appearance and personality so on point...
The lighting and how you have drawn her hair and face are great (I really like her expression^^)

Yes the beanbag tail gives really many opportunities for different poses but it makes it also difficult to choose and execute them, so I feel with you
(Maybe the only thing who lookes in my opinion slighly wrong is her right arm
I am not totally sure what it is but maybe a bit to long, the palm of the hand is a bit to flat and the elbow not edged enough? still not sure^^
But anyway still a great picture an I am always just a bit too critical about proportions...^^)
I am really happy that its was fun for you to draw her and that you seems to like one of my designs/charcter this much^^
So now I have to think about something great for my part to catch up to this picture...^^

And I'll be honest, i do still needs lots of practice when it comes to proportions and hands and such, so i hope it isn't too distracting.
