Here's another entry for sailorsenshi's Senshi Prom Contest. This time it's Hotaru and Chibiusa all dressed up and ready to go. There's no background because the contest is now ending on Friday night and I won't have time to draw one later. The Contest: [link]

I actually really like this, especially Hotaru's dress! I was searching through a few old sketches and saw the dress and decided I would create a new entry using it. Plus, using the dress, I only had to design the arms and face so it was a really quick digital painting to finish. (Chibiusa didn't take long at all either, but her hair ended up a little...wonky).
