Me at the approximate age I was in "You've Never Been to Singapore." I think. (See the Artist's Comments from that story.) That's one of the dresses I liked to run around in, and I think I wore the t-shirt because I'd torn holes in it from playing too rough. That's not the apartment complex, though.

Sorry it doesn't really count as "art," but it was time to break up the text, and this came to mind first.

Obviously I didn't take this one. It was probably a parent.
