This one is named Wopo the wooper~
He is a resourceful wooper having found the crystal he wear inside some underwater cave, using part of a fishing rod around his neck, turn out the light pulsing from this crystal sure made him more excited then usually, but also...Stronger...Bigger... Turn out this crystal absorb the energy of the world around wooper, earth and water...Fitting for wooper ground/water typing!!!
Who know how big this wooper would get, maybe the next time he pull himself out if the water, he would notice why there tiny human barely reaching his feet now~
