"Once upon a time, the heir to the throne disappeared from Mewni with the ancient butterfly wand. Leaving behind her younger twins, Leo and Libra, she retreated during a crucial time in the kingdom. The ruler of mewni, Queen Regina, as well as her husband had recently died when she disappeared, and soon after the disappearance, a mysterious outbreak of possessions began happening. The possesed victims couldn't recall anything about their fits of anger, but whatever the disease was, it became progressively worse, to the point where people couldn't be cured normally. That's when two mysterious caped crusaders came in: Ladybug and Black Cat. They save the kingdom, healing the possessed victims, but insist on being secret while doing so."

Name: Cancer "Cee Bee" Butterfly
Title (before disappearing): Cancer the Candid
Age: 15
Motives: To resurrect her parents by any means necessary, including stealing power-enhancing jewelry.
Personality: Cold, Cunning, Reserved, Straightforward
Status: Villain, Runaway, Former Queen of Mewni
Family: Libra Butterfly (14 years old), Leo Butterfly (14 years old), Regina Butterfly (Former, died at 30), Taurus Starbright (Former, died at 40)
Villain/Disguised Alias: The Mystical Scarlet Moth, part of a made up cult of magical beings that she forces prisoners to pretend to be a part of, in exchange for freedom and riches.

How she creates the akumas: Using a special spell, called The Butterfly Control Spell, she summons a butterfly with her wand, and does what a typical akuma might do (possessing items from angry people), apart from actually creating super villains. Instead, since magical and mystical creatures exist in this realm, she merely gives them a huge extra power boost based on their anger, a semi-new look sometimes, and the power to influence their actions in a similar way to Hawkmoth. When they are "akumatized" (probs wont be called that in this AU), their eyes turn to cheek marks based on their reason for being angry, a la mewberty, and they proceed to cause havoc until Ladybug purifies them.
