Just found your work recently. I really enjoy it! You've got a real wacky Looney Tunes vibe, and the girls are all so cute in their own ways. Lydie's such a nut, and poor Tracy is the only normal one. I'm sorry, I've forgotten the science nerd's name, but she's great too, so sweet. And I get the feeling we're going to get to understand Val a little more in future.
Is Lydie supposed to have an accent, with the "yer"? I read it as Bugs Bunny-ish New York accent, that's probably why this reminds me of Looney Tunes.

Miss science nerd is "Izzy" which I feel like is a bit of a clutzy/messy sounding name that fits an unreliable scientist well.
I just sprinkle "yer" into the script sometimes to help things fit into speech bubbles. Lots of US people slur "your/you're" into "yer" randomly. Though I should double down on Lydie speaking that way since she's supposed to be from a New Yorkish place.Β

There's men in this universe. Giant and tiny. Mostly in the background. There's some male side characters that'll hang out with the main cast, but right now I just wanted to spend time introducing the main cast.

As a Tracy fan, I hate the fact you made her a micro to a micro. I know i'm a minority here, but I don't like the way this story is going. I would stop reading, (and I did avoid reading your works for a couple of weeks) but like a train wreck, I can't look away.

I first got upset when I read (in the comment section) that Tracy would be a micro for the foreseeable future. I felt her life was hard enough without being shrunk. And when you made a nano (I think thatβs the term) That made me mad/sad.
The truth is I care more about Tracy than many of my own characters. Iβm talking about the characters in the stories I have written under the name Mr. G on giantess world. I know the situation is her own fault (at least the first shrinking was) but I hate to see her suffer.
Anyway, What I looking for in the comic was light fun GTS content. But when you shrunk Tracy it was a jump the shark moment for me. The comic has become a bit darker than I expected. It has become Tracyβs nightmare.

The funny thing is that I normally love size changing. I have it in many of my stories and have read and enjoyed many a size changing tale. But for some reason I canβt fully explain, this time it produced a negative reaction in me. And Iβm the first to admit, Iβm being unfair. Considering how Iβve treated some of my own characters.

As for what I want, I would like to see Tracy restored to standard size, but I have a feeling thatβs not going to happen.

Ah I see.
I think I used a poor choice of words there. What I meant by "foreseable future" was the "nearby future." The comics are largely self-contained adventures so this problem will be wrapped up by the end of the 3-X series. Which is next comic! I just wanted to introduce this shrink/growing juice and show what it can do before bringing it back later in the future, so what better test subject than the main character?
It is definitely still light fun. I'm actually kind of happy to know that I made a character that had such an impact on you. Someone that you cared enough to actually feel for. Most people would just go "oh she's a fictional character, whatever!" but she went beyond that for you, which is cool! But I apologize for any negative feelings you may be feeling.
This is not a permanent size-chaning story like uh... "Cheap Tricks" if you've heard of that. The characters won't be morphing sizes permanently and fighting to be the bigger/smallest or etc. As I said, things will always go back to normal by the end of a series, aside from lessons being learned.

Awww! Val had a hard life. She grew up in a shitty place. I got a violin that fell into a beaker of shrinking chemicals twice over to play for her.
That being said...Unfortunately Tracy still doesn't have much high ground here. Cause she's only a millimeter tall! Haha! Seriously though I hope it's not really irreversible. That's a little too much bad karma.
