Description
Agent Emilia Harcourt is an NSA agent who worked with Amanda Waller and ARGUS in order to monitor Task Force X/Suicide Squad, while also acting as a supporting member to them during the mission of Corto Maltese. With the release of Starro, Harcourt and her team disobeyed Waller to help the squad. In revenge, Harcourt along with Economos were sent to Clemson Murn's team on a mission to save the world.
